Custom made heavy duty fiberglass Subwoofer enclosure for a 2005 X5 and probably will fit in other years as well. At the end of the day, if you use the space behind the right side wheel well being the access panel: 1. Total stealth mode, no one will know it’s there. It’s hidden behind the access panel. 2. It takes up Zero trunk space. 3. Much lighter and not clunky like a wooden or MDF enclosure. 4. If you’re going to have a sub, this is the Right way to do it. (I’m a big fan of doing sh1t right the first time.
