Speaker Pod Enclosures w/ LED Ring Install your speakers the right way the first time! Our speaker pods are stronger and more durable than our competitors. Not only are these speaker pods made with 20% – 25% thicker plastic but they also feature a 1″ lip. This 1″ lip is needed for a weather/ airtight seal for better sound. Also this lip allows for a more secure install for inverted overhead applications. With our pods you are able to screw and caulk to prevent the speaker from falling onto your head. Aftermarket speakers typically have a heavy magnet and when installed upside down if only secured by 4 screws the vibrations from riding off-road or in rough seas stresses and weakens the plastic causing the pod and speaker to fall. Speaker Fitment: Fits 6.5 inch speakers with a cutout diameter less than 5 3/16 inches. Not all 6.5″ speakers will fit. Please check that the speaker’s install size is correct. Magnet sizes vary between speaker models. Please check that the install size/cutout diameter is not greater that 5 and 3/16 inches.
